3Hopeful Hearts Launches New Podcast “Resting Grief Face” - Exploring grief with honesty, humor and hope

3Hopeful Hearts is proud to announce the debut of its new podcast, Resting Grief Face. With new episodes released every other week, the podcast opens the door to candid, heartfelt, and at times humorous conversations about the realities of living with grief.

“Grief is something we all encounter, yet it’s rarely spoken about openly,” said Sarah Saltee, Executive Director of 3Hopeful Hearts. “Through this podcast, we want to create a space where people feel seen, heard and less alone because grief is not a problem to be solved, but a journey to be shared.”

The first episode, “Who Died and Made Me So Funny” will premiere on Friday October 3rd, which would be her late son’s 30th birthday. In this deeply personal debut, Sarah and her daughter, (Abi Loughrey) share their personal experiences of loss, laughter and love, offering listeners both vulnerability and connection.

Resting Grief Face also serves as a reminder that grief has a ripple effect beyond immediate family members. Grief has a universal impact, touching friends, neighbors and entire communities. In a time when tragedies fill the headlines daily, having safe spaces and resources for healing are not only necessary, but critical for our collective well-being.

Grief support is ultimately an investment in the overall health and resilience of the community. The nonprofit encourages donations to help sustain its mission and expand access to grief resources. Every contribution is a direct investment in mental health, resilience and the strength of the community.
The Resting Grief Face podcast is available on major streaming platforms.
