Recently, Katie and Kristin attended a Companion Grief Care conference that was hosted by the MISS Foundation. Dr. Cacciatore and her teachings left a large imprint on our hearts and we will both continue to be incredibly grateful for the experience.
At the conference, we were inspired by many of the memorial places that honored children. One special space was based on the concept of 'The Wind Phone'.
The Wind Phone was first designed after a devastating tsunami in 2011. The phone serves as an incredible way to communicate with our departed loved ones and as a symbol that they will always be a part of your daily life.
We want to bring the idea of the 'Wind Phone' to our Center for Hope. We hope to place a rotary phone, comfy rocking chair, privacy screen and dedication plaque near our Wall of Hope. This nook of the room will serve as a peaceful place for families to communicate with their missed children.

This afternoon event is designed for friends and families, of all ages, to gather and bowl for an amazing cause!
Each ticket purchase= A reserved lane (up to 6 people), bowling shoes, 1 pizza, and 1 pitcher of soda.
Throughout the event, there will be a chance to play Bowling Bingo (at additional cost) as well as the chance to be entered into drawing for a prize!
